Terms of Agreement
1. Payment
A. The Richland Roadster Trike kit is handcrafted for your specific bike. Due to the custom nature of the work, payment is due in full prior to manufacturing your kit. All sales are final and there are no refunds.
B. Once payment is made in full work will begin. It will take approximately 3-4 weeks to complete your order. This allows time for the paint to cure. You will be provided the tracking number once your kit has been shipped.
C. You are buying directly from the manufacturer. Cash, check or money order are accepted. Checks should be made payable to TRIKE ON INC and mailed to:

D. Should you choose not to pay by cash, check or money order, there is a convenience fee of $175.00 for using credit or debit cards (Discover, Mastercard, Visa).
2. Color matching
A. Color matching the Richland Roadster kit to the color of your bike is an option. Paint is done one time as a courtesy and included in the purchase price. A piece of your motorcycle is required to color match the paint.
B. Mail a piece of your motorcycle for color matching to
Trike On 15808 US 301 Dade City, Florida 33523.
Include your name, phone number, and make, model and year of motorcycle inside the package.
C. I understand as a courtesy and at no charge Trike On paints the kit one time and that without matching motorcycle pieces the color matching process cannot be guaranteed. I understand the risk assumed by not providing such.
D. If I have chosen to have my kit installed at the Florida facility, I understand that I must provide a piece of my motorcycle for color matching at least 3 weeks prior to the installation. Should a color match piece not be provided, there may be a delay in the scheduled delivery of my installed kit. I understand and assume the risk by not providing the color match piece.
3. Warranty
A. Your new Richland Roadster trike kit has a warranty on all parts and labor for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. The warranty covers repair or replacement of all parts of the Richland Roadster that are defective due to manufacturing. Damage due to abuse, road hazard or collision is not covered under this warranty.
B. Warranty work is performed in our Florida facility only. Shipping is not included.
C. Installation of the Richland Roadster is critical. Failure to follow installation instructions voids all factory warranty. The owner is responsible for normal maintenance including, but not limited to making sure bolts are tightened before riding.
4. Shipping
A. You will be provided tracking information and instructions for inspecting the crate on its arrival once the Richland Roadster has been shipped. We are not responsible for damages once your kit leaves our Florida facility.
B. Shipping assurance is optional and available at an additional cost. This covers damages made once your brand new kit leaves our facility and while in transit. As you can see by the pictures below, sometimes the damage is not visible simply from inspecting the crate when it arrives. Sometimes the crates are "accidentally" shipped sideways and upside down through no fault of our own. We just want you to know you have an option to keep you covered.
